Menorca
The perfect family retreat if you want a break with your kids whilst avoiding the crowded all-inclusive family style resorts that you might find in Spain or Turkey. Menorca is best done as a villa holiday with a car. The island is a beautiful example of a Spanish retreat. You will find pretty white washed villages and gorgeous natural coves and beaches to explore. The restaurants are child friendly and the menus reasonably priced with a variety of meals to suit most tastes. Watersport centres and horse riding schools can be found for the adventurous and there are fiestas held all over the island throughout the summer season which are fantastic to watch.
