We know you want to be looked after on your holiday and our entire operation, from the reservations team at head office all the way through to the Palmair staff in the resort, is dedicated to ensuring you have the very best holiday experience. We never underestimate the job we have to do to ensure you have a great time. Your week or fortnight away is a precious time, as well as a significant investment.

Much has been written about the hidden cost of holidays; for instance fuel charges. In 2007, our policy remains exactly the same as always. We won’t ask you for more money after you’ve paid. The price in our brochure is the price of your holiday. Once you have paid your deposit, your holiday price will not change. We don’t believe that transfers, airport taxes and meals on your flights should be ‘extras’ although some operators clearly do.

When we say free child places in 2007, that’s exactly what we mean. They are genuinely free and the adult prices are not inflated to make up the difference. However the supply is limited, so early booking is highly recommended to take advantage of some great deals.

Of course you may be one of the many clients who book with us year after year and know exactly what you want. The programme includes something for all tastes and budgets. We think you also appreciate that when you ring Palmair you speak to real people and don’t get tied up with annoying call centres or automated responses. This year we are offering a number of flight only seats on all our services with a range of very attractive fares. One way tickets are available too. It’s a small part of our business but important to us nevertheless.
